To take advantage of this time you need to hire wisely and delegate well. You can’t be responsible for everything. You can’t be behind the chair, managing the books, and holding down the floor all at once. As a salon owner your focus should be on growing the business to make more money. But with flexibility and delegation you can manage the time well.
