This is the kind of business where we rely on repeat business. The key to a successful salon is getting the same people to come in over and over again, then they tell two friends, then they tell two friends, and so on and so forth. Because of this, it’s important for us to show appreciation for our regulars’ loyalty. But how do you do that?

The best way is to start up a rewards program. Why? Well, a rewards program shows your customers some favor and works well as a marketing tool. People are more likely to start a service when there is a rewards program than when there isn’t. Really any kind of program works, as long you’re clients are getting something that reflects how often they receive service.
