Keeping Your Clients

Okay, so, you’ve gotten the client in the door and they loved your work! Great! Now how do you keep them coming back? How can you get them hooked on your cuts? We’ve the pro-tips on how to keep your customers around.

First and foremost, be on time or early. If you have an appointment with a client the least professional thing in the world is to be late- and yes, they really care about that. Next, be enthusiastic and prepared. If you’re having a bad day, don’t show it, that’s not what they want. Be energetic and be ready- if you aren’t prepped, you’re unprofessional. Those are the basics, now for some not-to-basics:

Keep up your education! Learn more about sty,es, coloring, etc. Not only will it make you better but it keeps the creativity and passion flowing. Also, love what you do! If you don’t love it, they’ll know. When you hate what you do that spills over into it. Basically, love it or leave it.
