How To Keep Clients

Keeping clients is the key to success, but if you don’t keep some basics in mind, you’ll have trouble getting them to come back. First and foremost you need to keep communication open with your clients. You need to know the styles they want and the way they want them. If they don’t know the way to say what they want, you need to know how to explain what you do in plain English. You get the look they want, and they’ll come back.

Obviously being friendly matters, that’s basic customer service. But remembering their name and some of what they talk about with you is important. If they know you’re listening when they talk, you’re building a relationship that will make them come back. Keeping your schedule consistent helps as well. That way, your customers can keep regular appointments. And of course, always remember to take pride in your work! If you love what you do, chances are, they’ll love it to.
