What A Client Wants

Pivot Point International, Inc. did a study on 500 clients and they complied a compelling list of what a client really wants. For example, did you know that men more often than women visits the stylist 10 or more times in a year. The list of what clients found most important is pretty interesting.

Cleanliness of the salon took top billing. Ease of getting an appointment was second, and the third was the stylist being on time. The top three had nothing to do with quality yet, although we all know we need it to get customers to return. What may also surprise is that loyalty to a stylist is just as important to a client as it is to the stylist. People want to come back to the same person, which makes those top three things they pay attention take a lot of importance.

Having experience in the industry you probably already know this, but the client sees the stylist as a kind of therapist as far as trust goes. It makes sense when you think about the effect a good haircut has on a person. Read more about it here-
